Executive Edge was formed in July 2003 to work with executives and managers; assisting them to achieve individual and organisational goals through integrated programs of individual coaching, team facilitation and business consulting. Executive Edge emphasises practical leadership and effective management team interaction as the foundations of enterprise performance.

 

Our clients have benefited from measurable improvements in leadership qualities and management skills. We work with business leaders in small interactive workshops and in one-on-one coaching, fostering the ability of the individual to recognise their own high‑impact improvement areas.
