Overview

All managers face difficult situations where they need to mediate when others are in conflict. This workshop provides techniques for handling any type of conflict.

 

Outcomes

At the completion of this program, the participants will be able to:

  • Understand the potential sources of conflict within the team

  • Anticipate and respond to potential conflict situations before they become an issue

  • Address conflict in a constructive, non-confrontational manner

  • Use constructive language and delivery to ensure open discussions

  • Take ownership, accountability and responsibility for conflict while minimising and actively managing blame, avoid and deny behaviours
