Executive Edge consults with a number of companies to assist with strategies for success in their business. A partnership agreement is formed between the company executive team and Executive Edge, together with any third party support as required, to implement effective solutions within a 6 month timeframe.

Outplacement Programs
During the downsizing of a company Executive Edge provides practical advice and support to the staff and managers. In addition, career support and job preparation is provided to individuals leaving the company.

As new managers and leaders prepare to achieve the future goals of the organisation, Executive Edge will assist them in the process with an effective change plan and strategy for successful execution.
HR Consulting
Start ups and small companies often require the short-term assistance of a HR Consultant/Manager. Executive Edge will provide weekly support for an initial 3 month period to assist with recruitment, induction, vision and values. Teamwork, company culture and leadership focus are also included if required.
