Goal Achievement

The Goal Achievement Program is 6  x ½ day sessions of theory and practical application. The case study supports the following: achievement oriented Managers lead by example and encourage those they work with to give their best effort on every project. They value staff members who are innovative self-starters. Managers set and communicate challenging yet realistic performance standards, and promote teamwork by consistently seeking input.
