Overview

This workshop supports managers to influence and improve the results of the Staff Engagement surveys. Previous surveys will be reviewed and analysed before selecting actions that each manager can implement to influence the overall staff engagement.

 

Outcomes

At the completion of this program, the participants will be able to:

• Know the impact of different management styles on the team, engagement, and culture

• Promote and demonstrate ethical workplace behaviours

• Review the current culture and develop actions to make improvements
