    Managing Change

    Overview

    This program ensures successful implementation of change within the organisation. Each manager will diagnose team members’ concerns with the change and then use appropriate leadership to respond to these concerns.  Different reactions to change require different leadership behaviours to manage change:

    • Direct the change by providing focus

    • Support the change by inspiring commitment

     

    Outcomes

    At the completion of this program, the participants will be able to:

    • Listen for, explore and respond to the concerns that team members have with a proposed change

    • Create the conditions and motivation for successful implementation

    • Allow their team members to say what is on their minds, to work through their concerns, which frees them to contribute their talent and energy to the change process

    • Shape the kind of help that is given at each stage of the change process
