Leadership for Results

Overview

A leaders’ focus is to achieve excellent results by working with the team members to achieve the goals of the company. This program is conducted as 2 x 1 day workshops.

 

Outcomes

At the completion of this program, the participants will be able to:

• Develop skills to shift from being the technical expert to leading and developing a high performing group of experts

• Understand and apply the leadership style required of different individuals depending on their task competency and commitment

• Demonstrate an understanding of the stages of team development and apply these principles to their team

• Understand and apply the principles of high performing teams

• Solve typical and difficult leadership problems through applying models and learning

• Understand the role of leader as coach
