Overview

This workshop assists project managers and their team to successfully manage any size of project using a proven planning methodology.

 

Outcomes

At the completion of this program, the participants will be able to:

• Define the role of the project manager and the role of all team members

• Assess their current project planning styles and complete the Project Planning assessment

• Review the 4 stages of project management and apply to a current project

• Improve their ability to plan, organise, implement and control projects
