Overview

In this workshop, participants develop techniques and processes to improve communication in the workplace. Exercises are conducted to decide which sorts of messages are best communicated in written format, and where a spoken or verbal exchange may be more preferable. The focus is on practical application to initiate and conduct different types of verbal exchanges.

 

Outcomes

At the completion of this program, the participants will be able to:

  • Effectively and appropriately communicate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Express themselves, verbally and in written form, professionally, clearly and articulately

  • Present as a professional and credible representative within the organisation and to external stakeholders
