Overview

This workshop supports the management team to provide strategies, tools and techniques which will enhance their ability to manage themselves in a range of situations and interactions. The managers will review how to maximise every opportunity to engage with colleagues at all levels within the company.

 

Outcomes

At the completion of this program, the participants will be able to:

• Assess themselves and review their current preferences, knowledge, skills, motivation and commitment

• Set SMART goals for changes and measure achievements

• Prepare a Stakeholder Management plan to influence colleagues throughout the company
