Overview

This workshop will focus on two main areas for managers as coaches:

  1. Coaching Content (Skills and Knowledge)

  2. Coaching People

 

Outcomes

At the completion of this program, the participants will be able to:

  • Support their team members to learn and apply the lessons from other training workshops

  • Role-model how to apply the specific content from previous training

  • Use the Situational Leadership model to understand the different levels of learning

  • Know which style of leadership to use to achieve best outcomes in every coaching situation

  • Use the GROW model to coach and support their team members

  • Enhance their ability to coach, mentor, teach, and be a strong role-model
