Group Styles
Overview
The Group Styles Inventory (GSI) enables you to assess the particular style or styles of your work group following a simulated or real problem-solving session. Groups are provided with self-generated feedback on the styles or patterns of behaviour they exhibit as their members interact to solve problems, make decisions and establish plans and policies. A combination of this feedback and group discussion generates practical guidelines and suggestions to help groups to improve and change their performance as a team.
