Leadership Styles (LSI)

Overview

The Life Styles Inventory (LSI) helps to identify beliefs, values, behaviours and assumptions about yourself. Reviewing the 12 thinking styles allows a leader or manager to distinguish between effective and ineffective styles from their own perspective and receive 360 feedback from colleagues.

 

Outcomes

At the completion of this program, the participants will be able to:

• Appreciate and know the thinking styles that are effective in the variety of roles in life and in particular as a leader

• Define and accept the thinking styles that are ineffective

• Change the thinking styles that are in the way of greater satisfaction, high self-esteem, increased productivity and a more rewarding life
