Overview

This workshop supports the managers to influence and improve the results of the Staff Engagement surveys. Previous surveys will be reviewed and analysed before selecting actions that each manager can implement to influence the overall staff engagement in the company.

 

Outcomes

At the completion of this program, the participants will be able to:

• Know the impact of different management styles on the team, engagement, and culture
